Charles Austen Pumps
The complete BlueDiamond® range of condensate removal pumps uses an identical patented pumping principle called Rotary Diaphragm, offering reliability previously unseen in the market. BlueDiamond® condensate pumps tolerate suspended solids and slurries, helping to prevent call outs to stalled or clogged mini piston pumps, whilst split peristaltic tubes and worn gearboxes are a thing of the past, helping to save big on installation and in service beyond.
Backed by a three year warranty, BlueDiamond® pumps can also pump both air and water, allowing the installer to mount the pump in any orientation. The BlueDiamond® range senses condensate by an electronic sensor and in most cases only operates when condensate is present, therefore offering an energy efficient solution to an install.
MultiTank®
CODE: CATANK
Favoured among architects and design consultants, the MultiTank can be used with either the MegaBlue® or MaxiBlue® pumps. Allowing installers to manifold a number of fan coil units into the 1.5 litre tank, the MultiTank® offers complete flexibility surrounding any multi-unit installation with up to six condensate lines.
Dimensions mm (LxWxH): 355 x 127 x 105
DrainStik® Sensor for MaxiBlue® & MegaBlue® Pumps
CODE: CAS12-005
The BlueDiamond® patented DrainStik® is quick and simple to install or retrofit around any existing installation. The slim line probe, which houses the water sensors and high level alarm, can be directly mounted into the drain tube of all types of equipment.
Reservoir for MaxiBlue®
CODE: CAC21-008S
With no moving parts the MaxiBlue reservoir sensor offers a reliable alternative to stuck or sunken float switches. Incorporating the patented and proven BlueDiamond thermistor technology the hi-low solid state level sensor only runs the pump when condensate is produced.
Reservoir for MegaBlue®
CODE: CAC21-013
With no moving parts, the MegaBlue reservoir sensor offers a reliable alternative to stuck or sunken float switches. Incorporating the patented and proven BlueDiamond thermistor technology, the hi-low solid state level sensor only runs the pump when condensate is produced.
Temperature Sensors for MiniBlue®, MaxiBlue® & MegaBlue®
CODE: CACS12-002
The hot and cold temperature sensor mounts in the air inlet and outlet of the room unit, sensing when cooling occurs. The temperature sensor runs the pump constantly when air conditioning is on, regardless of whether condensate is being produced.
